Why Winter Senior Photography Sessions in Las Vegas are a Must.

Why is winter a good month for senior pictures in Las Vegas? There are so many wonderful reasons why.

Lets start off with the weather. The heat is finally gone and now you can be comfortable outside with out burning up. The temperature ranges between 58 and 35 degrees, but when you add the sun it feels 10 to 15 degrees warmer. This making outdoor shoots amazing.

Next lets talk about clothes. Who doesn’t love “sweather weather” No matter where you live everyone loves to pull out your favorite comfy sweater. Even though we live in Las Vegas some of us find winter to be super cold. There is nothing like wearing layers, when you wear layers your one outfit instantly turns into two to three outfits, which makes it super easy to have multiple outfits on top of the ones you have already chosen for your senior session.

Lastly, there are so many locations that you can choose from during the winter. Whether you want a city vibe, there’s a lot of great city locations that won’t have a ton of visitors. Parks and lakes are very beautiful during the winter. Some say you can’t make brown look good, but I beg to differ. You will make brown look amazing because the picture is all about you. There is something magical about the red rocks we have here, they look amazing in the winter sun and how they brighten the winter days.

Senior sessions in Las Vegas winters are everything that you could possibly imagine them to be. Cool days mixed with the warm sun on your face and wearing your favorite boot with that scarf that you bought for a little pop of color for your senior pictures. Putting all that together in your favorite location in Las Vegas.
